Remote - Sporting Goods Customer Service Agent (German Speaker)

You are ready to show your fashion expertise? A big sporting goods company is looking for support for their customer service team. Be responsible for the needs of the customers and find the best solution to make them happy again. You appreciate the quality of products and services. Do you know what makes the difference? Show this in the contact with customers and try to keep their satisfaction.


Your responsibilities and impact as Remote - Sporting Goods Customer Service Agent will be:

Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers in the way you are the most confident with: over the phone, via e-mail or social media;
Identify new business opportunities by cross and upselling
Delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries regarding their shopping experience;
Being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to related departments


Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

A native level of German and a good level of English
Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
Having a strong interest in new technologies
Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
Having a drive for excellence and professionalism
Being a real team player and committed to your work
Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
Living in or willing to relocate to Spain for an international career and life experience
Having a valid X work permit (required).

Type of contract: indefinido with 2 months of probation
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9AM - 6PM
Relocation Support of 1000 € which is refunded after 3 months
Signing bonus of 1500€ split in 3 parts
