Your Future Company:
An innovative apparel company specialized in men’s leggings and other compression gears is in the market now helping men to look always snatched while feeling fashionable, comfortable and confident. They are out, proud, loud and now looking for new members to join the Barcelona squad to have an impact on the brand growth and glow up.
Your responsibilities and impact working as Marketing Specialist for Men’s Clothing will be:
- Being a linchpin of a fast-growing business and working closely with and directly reporting to the CEO;
- Working flexibly in a start-up environment where you make an impact with your area of expertise and at the same develop many new skills while filling more roles at once;
- Being in contact with current customers through the company’s marketing channels;
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy with an e-commerce calendar focus;
- Managing customer attraction projects such as partnerships and sponsorships as well as influencer and ambassador programs;
- Operating the overall brand awareness and promotion activities including PR activities, editorials and communicating with prospective investors;
- Commanding cross channel marketing strategies through organic efforts and paid ad campaigns;
- Creating engaging texts and curating user-generated content and being the voice of the brand as the community specialist.
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native-like English language proficiency;
- Desire to have an impact in a company that is ready to go global
- Having 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in e-commerce, retail or apparel;
- (A sense of humour is a big plus for the marketing of the brand)
- Being data and research-oriented and having great project management skills;
- Having the core marketing expertise knowledge in digital marketing and media outreach.
