This position requires an impeccable communication with clients via text and email.
– Provide live support through SMS and email-based communication
– Guarantee a high-quality customer service
– Ensure a fully understanding of customers’ needs
– Ensure meticulousness and high attention to details
– Having a full understanding of the project in order to professionally answers to daily inquiries
