Job Description
Are you a marketing all-rounder? Would you like to be responsible for the marketing of a Swedish entity? Then this one is for you :

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Swedish speaking Marketing Coordinator.

The Job.

In this role you will be fully responsible for the marketing of the Swedish entity. Beside this you will take over marketing projects of other Northern European countries. The main tasks include :

For the Swedish entity:
– Define the annual marketing plan for Sweden aligned with business objectives
– Forecast and manage the marketing budget
– Oversee, follow-up and evaluate the implementation progress of the marketing plans and budget within the entity
– Collaborate functional teams
– Support local marketing execution
– Plan local marketing projects and activities aligned to the marketing plan
– Reporting and analysis of customer satisfaction
– Constantly improve internal processes to make them more efficient and effective
– Coordinate marketing activities based on KPI’s and optimize to ensure maximum return on investment

For Northern European Regional Projects :
– Manage regional marketing projects aligned with business objectives
– Define, plan and execute projects independently and liaise with local marketing teams where necessary
– Report progress to management
– Stakeholder management

The Profile.

– You speak Swedish on a business level and an excellent level in English
– You have min. 3 years of experience in marketing (digital/online/content)
– You have experience with content management, lead generation, social media marketing and marketing automation
– You have academic degree in marketing or business
– You have great understanding of how offline and online marketing channels work together
– You are strong communicator with an extra smile
– You are able to work independently
– You are analytical and self-motivated
– You are willing to fly to Stockholm on a quarterly basis
