Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have a Bachelor degree in Marketing Management
You have a native level of German and a proficient level of English
You have already 3 to 5 years of experience with dealing with CRM & Digital lead generation
You have previous successful experience in project management
You have knowledge and experience with Salesforce
You are used to communicating with high-level stakeholders Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics, and inside tools
You are already based in Barcelona and love the ex-pat life in the City
You are proactive with strong ideas
You are result-oriented and data-driven
Your responsibilities and impact as a Marketing Executive will be:
In a context of growth and re-organization, our Client is looking to onboard a new member of the team for the DACH Market. You will be acting as a Project Manager interacting with different stakeholders and clients.

To develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services align with local marketing and business objectives
To provide ideas and suggest new lead generations B2B and B2C
To optimize the campaigns of lead generation on the DACH Market
To ensure that CRM and Digital Lead generation campaigns are successful through managing and analyzing target achievement, results, and KPIs
To manage communication with high-level stakeholders
You will be enrolled in the Marketing Team directly managed by the Head of Marketing
