Alef&Maqroll S.L. in collaboration with a Multinational finance company is seeking a Junior Sales Executive for full-time employment or internship. We offer excellent conditions and training for suitable candidates for our company based in a modern office in the center of Barcelona.

Working in the sales department the Sales Executive plays a critical role in growing our business. Suitable candidates should be comfortable on the phone and posses a professional, positive demeanor.

Requirements
1. Sales experience.
2. Native level of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German, French, Italian & English/Spanish
3. Understanding of the financial markets.
4. Self-confident and hunger for success.
5. Abilities to work in a dynamic environment.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
• Proactive sales over phone and email to recruit and retain customers in the Financial Market.
• Managing incoming leads by phone.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Goal oriented.
