Requirements
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have a high or native level of Dutch and French
You have at minimum a high school degree. Business/commercial studies would be a plus
You are interested in the technical field and willing to stay in the project for at least 2 years
You have a Business mindset
You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
You have a good understanding of customer needs
You are a team worker, pro-active, and motivated by targets
You are a quick learner and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities and impact as an Inbound Sales Consultant will be:

Handle calls by using the SRM agent portal
Create and manage orders and quotations using the SAP system
Accelerate and inform customers about the delivery process
Provide basic product recommendations based on the needs of the customer
Give first level technical support to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
Take calls from unknown customers and conduct the lead management
Other duties and tasks can be assigned
