Job Description
The Offer.

– Salary in line with market conditions: 18.000 Euro/year + bonus up to 7.200 Euro/year + Spanish classes provided + discounts at local bars and restaurants
– Working hours with rotation shifts: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm; Weekends: 8 am – 6 pm
– 2 weekends off/ month

– 39 hours/ week; 5 days/ week

The Job.

In this job you have the responsibility to handle customer telephone calls and inquiries via mail and do cross-selling and upselling
– Complete registrations of new product purchases
– Be on the lookout for potential opportunities and promote the new launched products
– You will be trained on providing guidance in solving product issues and if necessary you will arrange field engineer visits and arrange self-fix repairs
– Communicate company policy regarding guarantee and service aims to customers
– Ensure a high level customer satisfaction
– Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers
– Provide an excellent standard of professional customer care
– Being able to work in other areas of the business when the need arises
