Job Description
The Offer.

– Salary: 16.500 Euro gross/ year (pro-rata for part-time positions depending on the hours agreed) + free Spanish classes offered
– Working hours: Monday -Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm and Friday 9 am – 5 pm
– Full time contract of 39 hours/ week or part-time options

– You are an excellent team worker
– You are to handle sensitive calls with empathy
Responsibilities
The Job.

In this role, you will be responsible to answer client questions, doubts and complaints via phone and email.
– Develop a sound understanding of the product (healthcare, household products) and services and to embrace brand values
– Provide professional and friendly client support via phone and email
– Responding to enquiries and handling different problems
– Ensure quality and professional service
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
– Follow-up of customer information
– Record all information in the internal system
