Job Description
The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared-Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a HR & Talent Development Project Manager.

The Job.

You will work on European HR & Talent development projects anticipate and analyze the organizational needs in each region and deliver the relevant and accurate solutions either in training, communication, processes or systems. The main tasks include:

– Managing the HR & Talent activities associated with small to large scale European projects through the full project life cycle
– Communicate and collaborate closely with all project stakeholders
– Identify project scope and deliver training & communication plans
– Guide project staff and assure project success within defined timelines
– Translate business needs into employeeoriented solutions
– Consider stakeholders’ business goals in your decision process
– Provide your expertise on HR & Talent development projects to the organization
– Analyze and measure the ROI and business impact of all the projects
– Track, report and present the projects to the management, stakeholders and users

Your Profile.

– You have 3-4 years of experience in an international talent management team
– You have strong expertise in planning and executing HR & Talent related projects
– You have worked in a multicultural environment before and are aware of the advantages and challenges
– You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable in dealing with stakeholders
– You have strong presentation skills and are not afraid of speaking in front of people
– You are very analytical and able to visualize your ideas
– You are straight to the point and can take conclusions
– You have excellent organization skills and you are very detail oriented
