HR Data Administrator (Temp – English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for an HR Data Analyst with an excellent level of English language.

The Job.

In this role, you will provide rights and permissions for users to be able to use a service or group of services.
Your main tasks include:
– Providing User Support for Employee Data platform
– Overseeing and Controling the process of employee data creation/maintenance
– Extracting employee data and running quality checks/reconciliations between different systems
– Providing standardized reports out the data platforms to key stakeholder
– Monitoring the data flow between different systems holding employee data

Your Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English
– You have strong IT skills and affinity
– You are process oriented with strong attention to details
– You have experience in an international environment
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have strong organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and able to take ownership on your tasks
– You have strong Excel skills
– You are a team player
– You are already settled in Barcelona
