Company Profile
The Job.

Your objective is to identify new business opportunities in order to build the sales team's potential portfolio. Your main tasks are:
– To identify and prospect high quality sales leads for the New Sales team to contact
– To get a full market overview and to realize new trends and opportunities
– To qualify potential leads along the sales team's expectations and definitions
– To deliver regularily a list of leads ready to call to the team
Requirements
The Profile.

– You have a good level of German (speaking: B2-native; understanding: at least C1) and speak English on a fluent business level
– BA or MA degree in Marketing or in a similar area
– 1-2 years of experience in market research, digital marketing or Sales
– You have first experiences in working with spreadsheets (pivottables etc. )
– You are pro-active, self-starter and motivated by targets
– You are able to think strategically and to follow market trends
– You have a professional attitude and business acumen
– You have the "do not give up" attitude
– You have outstanding time management skills and a talent for multitasking
– You have the ability to adapt and communicate with high-level executives
– You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
– You have strong organization and prioritization skills
– You have a strong team spirit, willingness to support your co-workers when needed
– You are open-minded, with the willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment
Responsibilities
The Offer.

– Full-time contract, 39h/week, Monday to Friday
– Competitive salary package: 22.525€ gross/year + up 3.975€ gross/year in bonus
