Job Description
The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Adviser speaking English, German and one more European Language.

The Job.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned regions to provide customer service for purchase to pay function.

Your responsibilities:

– Answer all inquiries coming from internal employees and external vendors
– Process employee expenses with internal tool
– Audit and process credit card bills
– Support buyers in the use of the Procurement tool
– Support employees and managers in the use of the Expense tool
– Request new supplier creations and check for proper documentation

Your Profile.

– You speak English, German + 1 more European language on a fluent level
– You have an Academic degree preferable in Finance or Business Administration
– You have previous experience in a Finance or Accounting
– You have advanced Excel skills (Pivot)
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have strong organisation and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player
