The Company.

Our client, an Executive Search Company, is currently recruiting for a hands-on and self-starter Executive Researcher, with a native level of German. Are you an experienced recruiter with strong business acumen and a can-do attitude? This company is looking for a new professional to join their team in Barcelona!

The Job.

As an Executive Researcher, you will be responsible for searching candidates for top management positions on the German market. You will participate in the success of the team with the following responsibilities:

– Map the market and support the development of a local and international search strategy
– Actively search, identify and pre-select candidates
– Develop, maintain and grow a network of Executive candidates
– Create a candidate pipeline of active and passive candidates
– Identify business opportunities and pass the leads on to the team
– Develop strong market knowledge and expertise by learning more about clients, relevant industries, competitors, market positioning, etc.
– Maintain your market knowledge with websites, trade journals, industry-specific conferences
– Handle all responses to open applications and take care of the recruitment administration duties as required

The Profile.

– You have a native level of German and an excellent level of English
– You are graduated with a Business, Psychology or Economy-related Degree
– You have previous experience (min. 3 years) in searching/headhunting for Executive level positions
– You have strong market knowledge of the German recruitment market
– You have a high level of professionalism and maturity, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior executives
– You are a self-starter, self-motivated and have a high level of energy
– You are targets and results-oriented with a do not give up attitude
– You deliver quality work
– You are business oriented, curious and always looking to improve your market knowledge
– You have a real interest in current topics and market trends
