The Offer.

– Full-time job (39h/week)
– Salary: 18.300 € gross/year + free Spanish and English classes offered + restaurant tickets (after 3 months) + private health insurance (after 6 months) + discount in sport clubs
– Rotation shifts from Monday to Friday between 6 am and 8 pm

– You have a fluent level of French and English (written/spoken)
– You have excellent communication skills
– Previous experience in a customer service related position is a plus but not obligatory

The Job.

After receiving an intensive on boarding training you will hold various responsibilities:
– Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment (B2B)
– Providing service to the clients via phone, email and web
– Handling incoming requests and solving them
– Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations
