Customer Benefits Advisor (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Benefits Advisor:
-Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
-Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
-Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
-You are a native German Speaker
-Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
-You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or an university degree
-Excellent communication skills
-You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data
-The ability to break down complicated issues in a simple and understandable way
-You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
