Skydive Spain is the second largest dropzone in Spain, located close to the beautiful city of Seville. We operate all year round offering tandem and solo skydiving courses and run regular events for experienced skydivers.
Our sister skydiving centres include Skydive Hibaldstow, UK, which hosts the British National Championships in August each year which is the biggest National Skydiving Championships in the World, and Skydive Algarve is the largest skydiving drop zone in the country, based in the sunny Alvor, Algarve.
A separate part of the family business is Wingglider Ltd with a fleet of 7 skydiving aircraft, a maintenance hangar and a training school. It provides aircraft and pilots for all 3 DZs, as well as leasing skydiving aircraft to other dropzones around the UK and Europe.
Maybe Sailing operates a 1929 tall ship ‘Maybe’ which offers sail training opportunities for schools, young people and others wanting to experience sailing and all it has to offer. ‘Maybe’ is based over the winter in Hull and sails in various tall ships races through the summer season.

• Fluent in English and Spanish – verbal and written.
• Strong administrator with ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Business background with direct customer service experience.
• Ability to think critically and analyse situations and data.
• Mature personality with scope to resolve conflict.
• Self-motivated, flexible, punctual and organised.
• Hands-on, lead by example attitude.
• Experience in a customer facing role and confident telephone manner
• Experienced with IT and office software packages (Word,Excel,Power Point etc.).
• Due to some of the tasks, a full driver’s license of minimum 2 years is required.
Skydiving industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. Training will be ongoing to familiarise with the industry. Most important is willingness to learn fast and be an efficient member of the team.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
o Accept all tasks delegated by the DZ Manager
o Primarily office based tasks
o Ensuring administration efficiency
o Ensuring customer relations to the highest standard, company values are followed and teams are working to increase sales and business
o Assist the main Office on their duties during busy periods, checking-In Customers and manifesting when required
o Oversight of general operation running and employee issues
o Managing costs/invoicing information and preparing monthly accounting
o Execute standard HR procedures for staff members
o Maintain staff folders updated, request new contracts and assist on the recruitment process
o Responsible for Labour Risk Prevention to all employees – schedule appointments and keeping records up to date
o Aiding the reviewing of and analysing procedures and making reports; summarising information; identifying trends
o Assisting to maintain very high level of professionalism and customer service in the DZ offices, especially with complaints; identifying if further training is required at any time
o Completing any other duties as may reasonably be required.
