For one of our clients, a young and multicultural company specialized in IT products and services, we are looking for an administrative support French native (French market).
Requirements
Your Profile.
– You have a native French level
– You have good knowledge of Spanish
– You have customer support and Back-office experience
– You have good knowledge in administrative / accounting language
– You have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
– You can work under pressure
– You have the ability to prioritize your own workload
– You have the ability to escalate the issues you cannot solve to the relevant department in English
Responsibilities
The Job.
Directly dependent on the head of the Specialist Support team. You must respond to inquiries sent by customers, via email, telephone and/or chat, in reference to the hiring, use and renewal of the company's services.

The mains tasks include (although not limited to these):
– Respond to requests for information and assistance on administrative matters of domains and digital certificates. Mainly by email but also by phone and chat
– Resolve administrative issues in relation to all our products (changes in billing, service cancellations, compensation, etc.) and guide or redirect from effectively queries about email, hosting, servers and creation tools websites
– Perform payment validations corresponding to the orders assigned in the form of payment by bank transfer. In addition to the proof of payment receipt along with the list of transactions of our bank.
– Manage the corresponding returns of canceled services using the means of payment that the client has used.
– Scale queries that cannot be resolved within the team to the second level of English support
– Advise the client in the processes of acquisition and renewal of the services of the company, as well as process your orders.
– Manage claims related to automatic renewal services, Returns and product cancellation.
