The Offer.

– Salary: 1305 Euro gross/ month + performance related bonus+ free Spanish classes offered + benefit plan
– Rotative shifts : Monday- Saturday: 8 am- 8pm

The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, they are currently recruiting a Flemish or Dutch speaking Credit Card Support Agent.
Requirements
The Profile.

The candidate should have experience in customer support on the phone. He should speak and write Dutch or Flemish perfectly and has already to be settled in Barcelona.

– You are a native Flemish or Dutch speaker and have and good command of English
– You have good communication skills
– You are a team player and are open-minded
– You are enthusiast and motivated
– You are reliable and have an an eye for details
– You have customer Service experience on the phone
– You are pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate
Responsibilities
The Job.

After 1 week of training you will ensure customer support to credit card holders on the Belgian market.
The main tasks include:
– Support and advise Belgian credit card holders with problems with their card
– Respond to incoming requests for assistance via telephone, email or live chat
– Pay high attention to details and handle carefully with sensitive date of customers
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information
